Rose Rezaei is a contemporary artist working primarily with coffee on canvas. Her practice centers on the female figure, exploring resilience, endurance, and the pursuit of freedom under conditions of prolonged hardship.

Within the series “Freedom,” the body becomes a site shaped by limitation—restrained, obscured, and partially dissolved. Faces are turned away or concealed, allowing each figure to move beyond individual identity and reflect a shared human condition.

Working with coffee introduces erosion, instability, and unpredictability into the image. Forms emerge through accumulation, fading, and resistance, mirroring the tension between constraint and persistence.

Alongside this body of work, she maintains a parallel practice in oil painting, focusing on hyperreal observations of nature through light, texture, and sustained attention.
